Talent management
Exclusive representation for a capped roster — rate cards, deal terms, category exclusivity, career arc.
What it is
We sign a small number of creators and represent them the way a talent agency represents an actor — rate cards, deal terms, category exclusivity, career arc. Not a marketplace listing, and not a affiliate link in a bio.
The roster is capped on purpose. An agency that signs everyone cannot represent anyone: it becomes a database with a commission attached, and the creator who needs the most attention gets the least. A capped list means every creator on it is somebody's actual responsibility.
That cap is also what makes the brand side work. When we tell a client a creator is the right fit, it carries weight precisely because we are not trying to place four hundred people that month.
How we run it
-
Signing
A conversation about what you make, who watches it, and what you want the next few years to look like — then terms. We would rather turn down a good creator who does not fit than sign one we cannot actively work for.
-
Commercial terms
A real rate card, built from what your audience is actually worth rather than from what the last brand happened to offer. Category exclusivity where it protects your value, and contract terms read properly before they are signed.
-
Deal flow
Inbound brand briefs matched against the roster, negotiated and papered by us. You see the ones worth seeing; you do not spend your week in an inbox arguing about usage rights.
-
Career arc
Format development, platform strategy and the unglamorous parts — compliance, disclosure, brand safety — that decide whether a creator is still working in five years.

Questions
How do I apply?
Email us with what you make, where you post it and what your audience looks like. There is no form and no portal. We read applications properly, which also means we do not answer them the same day.
Is representation exclusive?
Yes. That is the whole model — it is what lets us commit real time to a small number of people, and it is what makes our recommendation mean something to a brand. The scope of exclusivity is defined in the agreement rather than assumed.
What do you take?
A commission on the deals we bring in, agreed in writing before anything is signed. The percentage depends on the scope of the representation, so it is a conversation rather than a number on a web page.
What do you look for?
A real audience rather than a large one, a format you own, and a reason to think the next three years are bigger than the last. We check audience authenticity before we sign, the same way we check it before a campaign.
Do you represent creators outside India and the UAE?
Yes. Those are where our offices are, not where the roster is — it spans a range of markets, and representation is remote-first by nature.
